Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of food quality. You will work closely with the owner and kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate restaurant operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance.
• Ensure food safety standards and health regulations are followed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies and stock.
• Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene,

• Assist in budgeting, payroll, and managing costs.
• Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase business.

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Completion of a post‑secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
