Reporting to the Vice President of Education and Brand, you will oversee the development and execution of programs that enhance knowledge of secure excavation practices across Ontario. This leadership role demands strong collaboration with industry partners, educational institutions, and internal teams to promote awareness and legislative understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate education programs for stakeholders
• Oversee online learning and instructor-led training
• Lead outreach activities like conferences and trade shows
• Build relationships with industry associations and stakeholders




• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in education or outreach, with leadership experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training development
• Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with learning management systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
