Lead the Child and Family Program at VHA Home HealthCare as a Supervisor in Ontario. You will manage a caseload of 63 families and deliver comprehensive mental health support while fostering connections between clients and community resources.



Your expertise in child and family dynamics will greatly enhance client care plans and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and establish collaborative care plansSchedule and supervise delivery by Child and Family Support WorkersEvaluate field staff performance and provide guidanceMonitor service delivery to ensure quality supportPromote outreach initiatives and program developmentRequirements:Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; MSW preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in mental health and family supportRegistered with the Ontario College of Social Workers preferredStrong knowledge of community services and best practicesValid Ontario Driver's license requiredUtilize your social work skills to empower families and provide vital mental health services within the community at VHA.
