Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role supports day-to-day HR functions across all Canadian locations. Key areas include recruitment support, benefits administration, employee records management, and facilitating a positive onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational and communication skills while adhering to Canadian employment standards and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare employment documents such as offer letters and termination paperwork
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems




• Coordinate payroll changes including terminations and compensation updates
• Assist with recruitment activities like interview coordination and offer preparation
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Attention to detail with solid organizational skills
