The Continuous Improvement & Performance Manager – Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving procurement efficiency, process maturity, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the AMERICAS. This role ensures the deployment of global procurement standards, monitors business performance, leads cross-functional improvement initiatives, and supports governance, audits, and assessments to achieve procurement objectives and business targets. The position acts as a key partner to Procurement, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Line leadership teams to improve performance, optimize working capital, strengthen compliance, and drive sustainable results. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Process Excellence & Standardization Deploy and sustain global procurement processes, standards, and work instructions across the Product Line. Ensure alignment with corporate procurement policies, governance requirements, and best practices. Promote process standardization and procurement maturity through continuous improvement initiatives. Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Performance Management & KPI Governance Monitor and analyze procurement business metrics and KPI bowling charts against Product Line objectives. Develop and maintain procurement performance dashboards and reporting tools. Drive Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Connect Reviews, operational performance reviews, and management reporting. Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring timely action plans. Budget Planning & Financial Performance Support annual budget planning and target deployment throughout the Product Line. Ensure procurement objectives are cascaded effectively across teams. Track procurement savings, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity improvements. Collaborate with Finance to validate business cases and monitor financial performance.
