Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing supportEticket Database MaintenanceDaily maintenance of our eticket databaseProcessing open couponsProcessing exception eticketsDaily processing of the eticket ETL error queueGDS reject Queue MaintenanceDaily on-time processing of the GDS reject queueTier 2 Ticketing SupportAssisting PAL Airline station CSR's with reservation and ticketing support of GDS,
