GFL is expanding its Team Green and seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator / DZ Driver to assist in municipal biosolid and wood residual management. You will operate trucks, front-end loaders, and agriculture equipment, while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible daytime hours for effective work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate vehicles to transport materials between sites
• Complete digital documents for inspections and compliance
• Maintain equipment according to GFL standards




• Load and unload spreading equipment during field work
• Spread materials to designated areas safely
Requirements:
• 3 years of driver/operator experience preferred
• Must hold a valid DZ license with clean abstract
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of heavy machinery and farming practices
• Ability to exercise good judgment and customer service
