Fraser Health is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Services team. This role involves assessing patients, coordinating care, and providing education related to the Colon Screening Program. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care for patients referred to the Colon Screening Program
• Perform assessments and develop care plans as needed
• Provide education about screening procedures and benefits




• Support clinical teams through booking processes and assessments
• Conduct post-colonoscopy follow-up assessments and communications
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Two years of related experience with colon cancer screening
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC Driver's License for work-related purposes
• Solid communication and patient care skills
