Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Currents Restaurant team AM shift. Set against Ucluelet's stunning coastline, this role is perfect for someone who loves leading a team, providing excellent service, and helping create memorable dining experiences for our guests.What this role is about:Supervising and coaching restaurant staff to deliver outstanding serviceSupporting day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and system managementAssisting with beverage programs and helping staff recommend and upsell menu itemsMaintaining a welcoming, protected, and polished dining environmentCollaborating with Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure top-quality serviceCollecting feedback to continually improve guest and team experiencesWho we're looking for:Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles2+ years serving experience,
