Tophat HR is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own the global SEO strategy. The role requires expertise in technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and the rapidly evolving AI search landscape. Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of leading SEO efforts across multiple countries while managing and developing an SEO team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy across markets
• Lead AEO, GEO, and LLM SEO optimization initiatives
• Enhance brand visibility on Google and AI platforms




• Identify opportunities to boost organic traffic and conversions
• Oversee technical SEO including site architecture and performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in qualified SEO roles
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy end-to-end
• Experience in managing SEO teams, especially international
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation for SEO
• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
