Compensation
$142,000 - $190,000
Both non-discretionary and discretionary bonus is available

Responsibilities
Managing and support a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including but not limited to acquisitions & dispositions, property development,
financing for both lenders and borrowers, and leasing matters
Qualifications
Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
3 - 5 years of calls of post call experience, with a large emphasis on commercial real estate experience
Be comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target
