Applicants are encouraged to self-declare in their application.Position SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner provides health education and care within the scope of nursing practice, as a member of client-centered interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner provides care to individuals promoting wellness, prevention of disease and/or disability and the management of complex chronic diseases/conditions.
