balancing time onsite with working from home.An enticing hourly wage range of $50/HR - $55/HR (Negotiable)Accurate and always on-time weekly paydayWe advocate for our workers, ensuring that every environment is safeWe understand that life happens, just connect with us as soon as something comes up.ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis for capital markets and regulatory initiatives, gathering requirements and turning business and regulatory needs into functional specifications across trading and reporting systemsWork with trading, risk, and compliance stakeholders to define and validate requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycleSupport regulatory reporting initiatives, including FINRA requirements, and prepare documentation for regulatory, audit, and compliance purposesPerform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems (trade capture, risk, settlement, reporting), and support UAT to confirm requirements are deliveredSupport on-premises to cloud migration and platform modernization, identifying gaps and simplification opportunities and contributing to target-state architecture and roadmapsQualificationsMust have:Strong capital markets domain knowledge across traded products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and structured productsDeep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle,



from front office to back office, and its workflowsHands-on regulatory reporting experience; FINRA reporting experience (TRACE, CAT) is strongly preferredExtensive Business Analyst experience in capital markets, ideally 10–12 years with large investment banks or financial institutionsStrong impact-analysis, SQL, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentNice to have:Platform modernization or on-premises to cloud migration experience (strongly preferred)MBA (Finance), CFA, or an equivalent qualified designationExposure to large-scale transformation programs in capital marketsEven if you don't think you check all the boxes, let's talk.
