Working closely with the Data Lead and project leadership, this role independently configures and supports Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Infoporter solutions, executes data migration activities, validates HR data integrity, and supports integration testing and cutover readiness.The Senior Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for Employee Central data structures, replication processes, and HR data migration activities, providing technical guidance to project teams while ensuring alignment with established data governance and implementation standards.Essential Functions:Data Migration & ConversionLead execution of data assessment, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for Employee Central implementations and conversionsConfigure and execute data migration activities for Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Central HR data, and historical employee recordsDevelop and maintain migration workbooks, transformation rules, and validation reportsExecute mock conversions, reconciliation cycles, and production data loadsAnalyze and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycleSupport cutover planning and execute data-related cutover activitiesBIB & Replication ConfigurationConfigure and support Business Integration Builder (BIB)
