This role manages a network of dealers while identifying and developing new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas, promoting and selling spas, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving both monthly and annual sales goals.This is a field-based role covering the greater Toronto area, with 50-60% travel by car.Who You AreYou are a results-driven field sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting your goals. You are self-motivated, organized, and at home on the road.What You'll DoDealer Account ManagementGenerate regional sales by managing the current dealer base within the region (greater Toronto area)Spend approximately 60% of time growing the existing account baseAdhere to territorial spending goals and budgetsNew Business DevelopmentProspect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealersSpend approximately 40% of time focused on acquiring net new businessDealer Training & SupportConduct dealer site visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing functionsServe as the liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi to solve problems, clarify policies and procedures,
