* Test, operationalize, deploy and optimize Aruba Central and Ubiquiti WiFi networks;* Provide level 3 maintenance and technical support for WiFi infrastructures;* Accompany level 1 and 2 support teams through coaching and knowledge transfer;* Analyze the performance of WiFi infrastructures and propose ways to improve;* Write technical reports and prepare structured technical presentations;* Document detailed working procedures.

**The profile you are looking for is as follows:**

* Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology engineering,



electrical engineering with a profile in information technology and telecommunications, or a relevant field, and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);* Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with WiFi technologies, including at least 5 years with Aruba's latest products;* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the introduction or deployment of recent technologies in large enterprises, including detailed architecture, configuration, testing and documentation;* Have relevant experience with IP networks and related technologies, including switches and gatekeepers;* Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and think critically;* Know how to recommend and adapt solutions according to business needs;* Knowledge of scripting technologies (an asset);* Demonstrate agility, results-oriented, team spirit, customer focus, adaptability, creativity and innovation;* This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks.
