concerns and service issuesEnsure rental equipment is correctly set up and ready for guestsMaintain a high standard of presentation throughout the storeSupport retail sales, merchandising and inventory organizationComplete Lightspeed POS transactions and assist staff with POS questionsMonitor workflow during busy periods and help keep rental operations running efficientlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of rental, retail and guest areasCommunicate operational issues and guest feedback to the management teamHelp ensure company procedures, safety standards and service expectations are followedWork closely with management to create an outstanding experience for both guests and staffDay-to-Day Shop Tasks Include:Ski and snowboard rental setupBoot fitting and equipment selectionRetail salesLightspeed and Checkfront POS transactionsMaintaining and merchandising retail areasRental equipment organizationGeneral cleaning and tidyingGuest serviceOpening and closing dutiesExperience:Customer service experience: 2+ years preferredSki or snowboard rental experience: 1+ year preferredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience: preferredSki and snowboard industry experience is an assetStrong customer service and leadership experience are more important to us than knowing everything about ski and snowboard equipment from day one.
