MEC is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Store Advisors who love spending time outdoors. In this role, you'll provide exceptional member service, matching customers with gear suited to their adventures. You’ll also collaborate with coworkers to maintain store organization and visual merchandising, all while learning about recent products and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members with product recommendations and gear selection
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Share your product knowledge and industry insights




• Help manage inventory and logistics behind the scenes
• Promote MEC events and services to enhance member experiences
Requirements:
• Passion for outdoor activities with product knowledge
• Strong customer service mindset and initiative
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 10,000 steps
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekends
