Compass Group Canada is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to support multiple food service units, supervise production, staff scheduling, and training. You will assist managers and hire and develop associates while upholding safety and quality standards.
You’ll communicate with cafe patrons, ensure compliance with HACCP, WHMIS and OHSA, and help track inventories, sales, labour and food costs. Union experience is a plus, as is solid leadership and customer service.
