You will review policies, investigate auto claims, determine coverage and liability, and settle claims in line with company policies.Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of customer service experience, high school or equivalent education, knowledge of policies, and robust computer skills. CIP enrollment and multilingual abilities are a plus. Mon-Fri 8:30am–4:30pm; hours may vary by department needs.
