DPHV is seeking a

BIM Manager

for a unique, hybrid role, at the heart of our building design team. You will be called upon to

supervise and develop BIM practices

within the company while

managing your own projects

as a

Revit Structure modeler , in close coordination with other building disciplines.

We are not simply looking for someone capable of coordinating BIM models. We are looking for a builder, someone who wants to help structure processes, develop standards, support teams and become a technical reference within the organization.

Your role: As a BIM manager, you will be called upon to:

Develop, maintain and evolve the BIM standards of the company;

Create and optimize templates, families and production tools;

Support teams in the application of BIM best practices;

Coordinate BIM activities on projects and ensure the quality of deliverables;

Identify opportunities for automation and improvement continue;

Train, accompany and support employees in developing their skills;

Coordinate the projects under your responsibility.

The profile we are looking for: Above all, we are looking for a person who has the experience and leadership necessary to grow this function.

Qualifications sought:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination and management;

Advanced mastery of Revit;

Good knowledge of team-oriented BIM environments and good coordination practices;





Experience in a consulting engineering firm or multidisciplinary coordination (an asset)

Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written) (essential)
