As a Structural Steel Erection Supervisor, you will manage daily activities, coordinate crew assignments, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Your strong background in structural steel erection and leadership skills will be essential as you direct ironworkers, welders, and other team members in various industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate steel erection and installation activities
• Direct crews, including ironworkers, welders, and operators
• Review and interpret structural and shop drawings
• Plan daily work,
assign crews, and manage materials
• Ensure correct installation of steel components and equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of structural steel erection experience
• Prior experience as Supervisor or Foreman preferred
• Strong knowledge of rigging and welding techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
