Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive understanding of regulatory and industry trends

• Provide ongoing technical training for underwriting operations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of General Insurance experience
• Relevant insurance designation (CIP, FCIP, CRM)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in developing underwriting guidelines
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
