This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levelsImplement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open TableHire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboardingOversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operationsManage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilitiesLiaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage,
