You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in patients for pharmacy appointments
• Verify health card details and manage patient profiles
• Promote PC Health app and answer patient queries




• Schedule appointments and manage booking accurately
• Maintain patient records and complete daily checklists
Requirements:
• Experience in retail pharmacy or medical clinic
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and qualified standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and adaptable to new systems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
