Our client is a well-established general contractor, recognized for delivering high-quality projects in the institutional and commercial sectors. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Construction Estimator to their team.

Your Role

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for the full estimation process, from initial project analysis to final bid submission. You will play a strategic role in supporting profitability and securing recent projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Analyze plans, specifications, and tender documents (public and private)
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and complete bid submissions
- Participate in design-build projects
- Perform bid comparisons and cost analyses
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness of bids
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation strategies
