The Warehouse Specialist is a self-motivated team player who will be an active part of our Distribution department in the areas of picking, shipping and stocking.Responsibilities:Responsible for but not limited to picking orders and loading trucks.Ensure that stock is loaded safely, accurately and efficiently.Report any discrepancies to the Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor.Assist with daily warehouse housekeeping tasks.Perform Daily Circle Checks on material handling equipment before being used and complete the Daily Circle Check Form.Must be computer literate.Qualifications:Previous or current experience with the Raymond and/or Crown reach required.Previous warehousing experience required Certified to operate all MHE (Material Handling Equipment).Strong attention to detail.Self-motivated,



dependable and reliable.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.Good decision-making skills and ability to work independently.Secondary School Graduate or related experience.Working/Other Conditions:Working onsite in a dry climate-controlled warehouse environment.Required to wear personal protective equipment - company supplied.Minimal to moderate exposure to hazardous conditions, noise, and vibrations conducive to a warehouse environment.Repetitive physical activities including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing and pulling weights up to 23 kg (50lbs) for the duration of the shift.Ability to operate Stand-up Material Handling Equipment as required.Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.Ability to work extended hours, which may be required from time to time.
