Supervise and manage event staff during service, ensuring adherence to service standards and client requirements. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery. Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
Handle client inquiries and requests during events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management and maintaining service equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations during all events. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a catering, hospitality, or event management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of event operations and customer service principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
