The firm advises Canadian and international companies on strategic matters involving all areas of intellectual property.This opportunity is suited to a professional looking to develop a varied practice within a team recognized for the quality of its mandates, collaborative approach and exposure to complex matters involving innovation, technology and intangible assets.The RoleAs an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will participate in a variety of matters involving transactional, commercial and contentious aspects of intellectual property.You will advise clients in connection with transactions, due diligence reviews, contract negotiations and matters involving trademarks, copyrights, patents and other intellectual property assets.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in due diligence reviews in commercial and corporate transactionsDraft and review legal opinions relating to intellectual propertyPrepare, negotiate and review various intellectual property agreementsAdvise clients on trademarks,
