Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a lead in training less experienced staff
• Prepare and serve menu items according to Starbucks Standards
• Resolve customer complaints and make decisions in manager's absence
• Assign duties, oversee staff,



and ensure operational cleanliness
• Conduct periodic inventory and order necessary supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in fast food
• Knowledge of POS systems, preferably Micros
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS certification is an asset
