We are in search of an experienced Plant Controller to further our management team. This role requires you to provide financial guidance and recommendations for improved site performance while engaging across departments. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and monitor plant's financial forecasts and budgets • Prepare monthly reporting with qualitative analysis • Ensure precise reporting on product profitability and KPIs • Analyze actual performance versus budget and suggest actions • Participate in capital expenditure evaluations and reporting

Requirements: • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management • Minimum 5 years in a senior financial or controller role • Professional experience in manufacturing preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
