Become a Maintenance Lead Hand with the County of Lennox and Addington in Greater Napanee, ON. This role involves overseeing maintenance duties and performing repairs across various county buildings.
This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the mission of community well-being. You will ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, including preparing housing units for new occupants and conducting inspections as per regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assign maintenance duties according to Works Coordinator’s direction
• Prepare housing units through repairs and clean-up




• Conduct inspections per Building and Fire Codes
• Maintain supply inventory for custodial tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required
• Minimum three years general maintenance experience
• Knowledge of Ontario Building & Fire Codes
• Valid G licence with a satisfactory driver abstract
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
