We value doing business with integrity and adhere to the highest ethical standards.Due to our continued growth, our AWIN Green Lane Bodyshop is currently looking for a Body Shop Estimatorto join their fantastic team!We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits!Excellent Group Advantages packageGroup RRSP Contribution programBoot and tool allowanceWork/life balance including flexible shiftsTraining and support programsCorporate supportMentorship and developmentUnlimited career opportunities within our automotive groupJob PurposeThe Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.Assess structural components of a vehicleAdhering to and applying insurance guidelinesWorking with Body Technicians through the dismantle processProvide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehiclesMaintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair processEffectively manage multiple repairs simultaneouslyImplement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year total earnings.
