Chinook River Sports Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Whitewater Trip Leader for seasonal trips near Banff, Alberta. In this role, you will lead small groups on exhilarating rafting adventures while ensuring safety and fostering a fun atmosphere. Preferred candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be excited to work full time throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead small rafting groups on class 2 and 3 whitewater trips
• Advise on safety and manage communication devices
• Provide first aid support and equipment maintenance




• Train and supervise junior staff during trips
• Keep accurate logs and records of trip activities
Requirements:
• Strong desire to learn and collaborate in a team
• Excitement for whitewater rafting adventures
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Commitment to a full-time seasonal schedule
• Previous guiding experience preferred
