With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our Crop Inputs team. This role is responsible for or identifying and developing new business opportunities for the location, while strengthening existing customer relationships through a high standard of customer service. The Customer Service Representative Iwill source grain as well as promote Crop Input sales from producers.Day to DayProspect for current customers and recent business developmentNegotiate and secure profitable business agreements at the assigned location and P&H organizationFoster and develop strong relationships with existing customersProcure grain from producersAssist with operational and administrative duties as requiredCollaborate with other business areas and departments as requiredWhat You'll BringPost-secondary in Ag related program or minimum two years' experience in Ag retail businessMinimum 2 years experience working directly with agricultural producers, with demonstrated progression in responsibilityProven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to execute strategic plans and maximize revenue potentialIn-depth knowledge of regional crop production, along with hands-on experience delivering modern and effective crop protection solutionsP.
