The Programs Service Representative isa part-time (~25 hour/week) role responsible for initial pre-inspection and follow-up to ensure correct measurements and customer satisfaction with all on-site work. This role is a key player in helping our sales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related jobs.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Visit jobsites to complete measurements, troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required.
- Assisting in ensuring that the work workplace is safe, secure and healthy.
- Accurately measure and record information in CPQ (a salesforce application)
- Ensure great customer service at all levels
- Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production Supervisor
