MyShoeShop seeks a full time, long-term Keyholder with at least two years in retail or customer service. Candidates must be available on weekdays and Saturdays, possess bilingual skills in French and English, and be team-oriented. We’re looking for confident, personable, and detail-oriented individuals who work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver informed and detailed customer service daily
• Assist with shoe sales and inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain store presentation to MyShoeShop standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Bilingual in French and English, other languages an asset
• Outgoing, friendly, and social mindset
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
