You will handle front-line customer service, triage new losses, and coordinate with claim units to create recent claims reports received via email, fax, and phone.This in-office role requires availability from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. Strong communication, organization, and insurance exposure are assets; bilingual English/French is a plus.
