You'll work closely with department managers and leads - handling the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks tied to receiving so they can stay focused on their teams, their departments, and our guests. This is a detail-oriented, physically active role that sits at the centre of our product flow - from the moment a delivery arrives to the moment product hits the sales floor.What you'll be doing:Processing incoming shipments in our CounterPoint POS system, including purchase orders, invoices, and quantity adjustmentsVerifying physical deliveries against packing slips and POs, and flagging any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the relevant department managerKeeping receiving documentation organized and moving accurately to the accounting teamCoordinating vendor returns and assisting with return-to-vendor logisticsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe back-of-house storage areaSupporting department managers and leads with backstock movement, floor replenishment, tagging, and pricingAssisting with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and seasonal changeoversOperating material handling equipment (forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, flatbeds)
