Position InformationThe position information for this posting is listed below.Finance CoordinatorThe OpportunityHockeyStickMan is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support the day-to-day accuracy and efficiency of our finance function. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will take primary responsibility for Accounts Payable and play an important role in maintaining strong controls around purchasing and vendor transactions.A key focus will be three-way matching - ensuring purchase orders, item receipts and vendor bills align before payment and working with Procurement, Receiving and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This is a hands‐on role for someone who is organized, comfortable working with transaction detail, and willing to follow issues through to resolution. The position will also support the Director of Finance with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as the business continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day Accounts Payable process, including reviewing, coding and entering vendor bills and maintaining accurate supporting documentation.Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, item receipts and vendor invoices before bills are approved for payment.Identify pricing, quantity, receiving and documentation discrepancies and coordinate with Procurement, Receiving, Operations and Vendors to resolve them promptly.Maintain accurate vendor accounts,
