Lordco Auto Parts is seeking a Building Technician to maintain the warehouse and office in Port Coquitlam, BC, handle on-call emergencies, and support building operations.The role covers troubleshooting equipment such as conveyors, forklifts, HVAC, and lighting; performing minor repairs; and contributing to a safe, effective workplace with a Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Wage is 26-35 CAD per hour, based on experience.
