Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Property Accountant will manage accounting activities for a diverse portfolio of income-generating properties. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
• Prepare working papers and financial analyses
• Review banking, accounts payable, and receivables




• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies
• Monitor property-level cash flow requirements
Requirements:
• CPA designation or 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with property management systems preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills
