This role oversees sales strategy development, pipeline management, and revenue growth across key markets and distribution channels. The Director of Sales will manage and mentor a sales team, set performance targets, and monitor metrics to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with partners and customers, identifying recent business opportunities,



collaborating with marketing and operations, and optimizing sales processes and tools. The role also involves forecasting, reporting to senior leadership, and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all sales activities.QualificationsSelf Storage or Portable Storage experienceP/C Insurance licenseStrong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of revenue growthExperience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within storage and insurance fields.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including comfort engaging with executive-level stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
