Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What Youll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training pipelines


• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, organizational structure, and decision‑making


• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak managerial reasoning in AI outputs


• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI handles complex leadership situations


• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level


• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks


• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and identifying tradeoffs


• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios, recommendations, and case studies


• Self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines without close supervision

Nice to Have

• MBA or Masters degree in Management or a related field


• Real‑world leadership, operations, or executive experience


• Prior experience with AI evaluation, content quality workflows, or instructional design
