Reporting to the Training and Onboarding Director, you will develop and implement a strategic culture strategy while partnering with senior leaders across the organization. Key responsibilities include facilitating culture change initiatives, promoting employee recognition, and collaborating to enhance organizational effectiveness. Your insights will drive our engagement metrics and workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field • 10+ years’ relevant experience • Strong analytical skills in employee engagement • Expertise in facilitation and change management • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
