Make a significant impact as a Primary Care Nurse in the PIT STOP Program at Nine Circles Community Health Centre. This full time role focuses on harm reduction and client-centered care for diverse populations.
In this permanent position, you will provide essential healthcare services including HIV/STBBI prevention and case management. You will work both independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support marginalized communities, particularly those facing inequitable access to healthcare. The role emphasizes outreach and relationship-building with program participants to deliver immediate care in low-barrier settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership in the PIT STOP program
• Deliver HIV care, STBBI testing, and wound care




• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies
• Participate in capacity building and research initiatives
• Implement proactive and comprehensive care programs
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Nursing or equivalent clinical experience
• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Certification in HIV/AIDS nursing within 5 years
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
