Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain gym cleanliness standards
• Provide friendly customer interaction on the workout floor
• Educate members on automated options and processes




• Address customer service concerns and report issues
• Promote memberships, including black card amenities
Requirements:
• High School diploma or progress toward completion
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid/AED Certification
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
