Organize tickets, prioritize orders, and keep dishes moving so food goes out accurately and on time. Supervise kitchen staff when needed and step in to support stations during busy rushes. Check plates for quality, portioning, and presentation before they leave the kitchen. Help correct mistakes quickly, remake orders when required, and maintain smooth kitchen flow. Monitor food prep, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies to help reduce waste and prevent shortages. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
