Highlights to the management team issues relating to customer schedule adherence, airside health and safety incidents and or resource allocations4. Monitors airside activities to ensure compliance to the customers' flight schedules, local airport rules and national guidelines5. Acts as a point of contact between Gate Gourmet airside operations and Airport / Customer Operations Teams6.
