and optimization projectsConduct mine asset technical due diligence, evaluations, and operational reviewsDevelop and review mine economic models and technical assessmentsPrepare and review NI 43-101 Technical Reports and equivalent international technical reportsAct as a Qualified Person (QP) where applicableProvide senior technical guidance and practical mining solutions to clients and project teamsLead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budgetMaintain oversight of technical quality, project scope, schedule, and deliverablesApply global mining best practices while developing practical, fit-for-purpose solutionsProvide peer review and technical assurance on complex mining projectsMentor and develop mining professionals to support their technical and career developmentManage contractors and sub-consultants as requiredBuild and maintain trusted relationships with clientsIdentify opportunities with existing and prospective clients and actively contribute to business developmentSupport proposals, scopes of work, and client presentationsContribute to the continued growth and development of Mining Plus in North AmericaWhat You Bring15+ years of mining and technical experienceA minimum of 5 years of operational underground mining experienceA recognized degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or a related disciplineProfessional P. Eng. designation or equivalentExperience acting as a Qualified Person (QP) under NI 43-101Strong underground mine planning, mine design, scheduling, and optimization experienceCompetency with mine planning software,
